Mono-One

Mono one is as excellent carburizer which enhances the carbon content while producing steel. It is a synthetic carbon raiser which has been manufactured to provide maximum recovery of carbon while steel melting process. Mono-one is a form of artificial graphite which imitates the properties of high-priced graphite fines.

Mono-Mix-B25 is an alumina-based slag conditioner; it is a pillow shaped briquette with high percentage of Reactive Aluminum which helps in oxidation and slag conditioning. Proper conditioning of slag leads to saving a lot of precious metal; Slag contains high proportion of lime and other impurities which has as high melting point. We need to liquidly lime to enhance its reactivity with steel surface. Our briquettes have high percentage of Aluminum which reacts with lime to form low melting Calcium aluminates.

Mono–Spar90B

Fluorspar Briquettes are extensively used as a fluxing agent in manufacturing steel; it makes the smelting process breathable, protects the environmental, reduces handling losses and also acts as a desulpherizing agent. With excellent flowability it is one of the best conditioners for Stainless steel manufacturers. Fluorites with 90% CaF2 content, are used to reduce slag surface pressure in steel production, to reduce melting temperature and slag viscosity, helps to remove unwanted iron from Si, S, P and C by passing them into slag and to prevent the corrosion of refractory bricks and monolithic.
